Position Overview
Join the Switch Brews Crew, an energetic and dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our guests! As a Switch Brews Crew Member, you will be the face of our hybrid specialty coffee shop and taproom, expertly handling everything from crafting specialty coffee drinks to assisting guests with our self-serve beer wall. This role requires a passion for coffee, craft beverages, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels like part of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
​Craft Exceptional Beverages:
Prepare high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care.​
Tap Wall Assistance:
Educate guests on using the self-serve tap wall, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure compliance with ID verification procedures.​
Food Service:
Heat and serve food items using a high-speed oven, maintaining food safety standards.​
Customer Service:
Provide warm, friendly service to every guest, answering questions about our offerings and ensuring an exceptional experience.​
Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Keep the workspace, tap wall, and seating areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.​
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with fellow Switch Brews Crew members to create a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere.​

Knowledge Sharing:
Stay informed about our rotating craft beer, wine, and coffee selections to share recommendations and insights with guests.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a coffee shop, taproom, or hospitality role is preferred but not required—training is provided!

Enthusiasm for craft beverages, from specialty coffee to craft beer, wine, and cider.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
​
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
​
Comfortable operating and learning new equipment, including coffee machines, high-speed ovens, and tap wall systems.
​
Must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete any necessary alcohol service training (e.g., AZ Title 4 Training).
